  • FOUNDER, PILATES PRACTITIONER

    Bekk is the founder of Semii Studio and a dedicated Pilates practitioner with a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction from Pilates ITC. Her journey into Pilates was sparked by a deep appreciation for intentional movement and its ability to create lasting change in both body and mind.

    She is passionate about movement longevity—helping people build strength, stability, and mobility that supports them well beyond the studio. With a strong focus on moving well and moving with purpose, she offers precise, thoughtful instruction tailored to each individual's needs.

    Semii Studio was founded to create an inclusive space where people of all levels and backgrounds can experience the Pilates method with skilled instructors in a personalized setting. At the heart of Semii is a simple philosophy: every body matters. Through mindful movement and expert guidance, Bekk helps clients connect with their bodies, build confidence, and move through life with ease and intention.


  • PILATES PRACTITIONER

    Sophia is passionate about the connection between body, mind, and spirit through explorative, nurturing movement and breath. With nine years of Pilates practice supporting her scoliosis, she brings a deep awareness of alignment, balance, and embodied presence to her teaching.

    She holds space for others to connect inward, feel stronger physically and emotionally, and move with intention. Currently studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sophia integrates acupressure, touch, and emotional wellbeing into her sessions. Her approach values slowing down, listening to the body, and balancing strength with softness to support healing and nervous system regulation.


  • PILATES PRACTITIONER

    Lisa started working with the body in 2013 when she studied her cert IV in massage therapy, continuing her education into comprehensive Studio Pilates in 2014. She has been practicing the Pilates method since 2008. These years have given time for exploration, learning and deepening. 

    Lisa's classes focus on slow and precise movements, finding the correct movement patterns whilst tending to the nervous system. It’s the smallest of sensations that allows the fruition on mind body connection. 


  • PILATES PRACTITIONER

    Molly’s love for Pilates began while rehabbing an old injury, which sparked a deep passion for the mind-body connection and the positive impact movement can have on mental health and overall well-being. She believes that through mindful, intentional movement, individuals can build strength, reduce stress, and feel more connected to themselves. Molly has found that Pilates helps foster meaningful connections — not only by building strong communities and supportive relationships with others, but also by deepening the relationship individuals have with themselves.

    Her goal is to guide people in using Pilates as a tool for physical and emotional resilience, while creating a supportive space for shared growth and connection.


  • PILATES PRACTITIONER

    With over 12 years of experience as a Pilates practitioner, Leesa is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through personalised programming. Leesa’s journey began after completing an Exercise Science degree, where she discovered the transformative power of Pilates. Leesa believes in tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client, fostering physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Committed to ongoing learning and growth, Leesa continually refines her practice to provide the most effective and enriching experience possible. Passionate about empowering others to achieve their health and fitness goals, Leesa is honored to guide individuals on their Pilates journey toward optimal vitality and balance.

    Leesa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, a Diploma in Health Science (Remedial Therapy) and Certificate 1,2,3 Equipment Pilates and 1 & 2 Matwork Pilates.
